Q1: What is your main product?
A: Our main products: sunroom, curtain wall and aluminum windows, aluminum doors.
Q2: How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price accordingly:
1) Shop drawing / sunroom schedule to show the sunroom dimensions, how many side walls, roof style, opening type/opening position/quantity for doors and windows.
2) frame color (If special color, the price will be different.)
3) Glass type and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A: 25-30 working days for the stocked color and stocked system, 30-45 working days for special requirement. The deal time could be confirmed before buyer’s /confirm/iation.
Q4: What is your payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q5: What kind of service will you provide?
A: 1.We can offer detail installation guide(include photos and words) for each project.
2.We can offer CAD technical drawing or 3D draft for each client.
3.We can offer free training(include product knowledge, manufacturing and installation techniques) for each agent.
4.We can offer professional engineering service(send our experienced technicians to help onsite installation if a big order about sunrooms/windows/doors/curtain wall).
Q6: Is it difficult to install the sunroom?
A: DIY installation. And we will offer a special installation manual for each sunroom, every customer can contact us for help during installation.
